“This purchase came with a ZOTAC Graphic Card CD and a GIgabyte Motherboard Driver/Utilities CD, and a SATA cable. I thought this PC was set up to be a plug in, connect monitor. Are there further assembly, installs required before initial use?”

Thanks for reaching out Jonif. The PC itself should be fine. You will need to provide your own monitor and speakers or headphones in order to get sound as well as an additional accessories you may want with the PC. Other accessories may include an Ethernet cable, WiFi adapter, Bluetooth adapter, and others.
