A:AnswerProbably, I don't play Fortnite but seeing as it runs games such as Grand Theft Auto V at 60+ frames on every setting almost to max I would say yes.
A:AnswerI am not sure if you are asking about System RAM, or a graphic card with more RAM on it, so I am providing information for both.
The RAM update or change is relatively simple, ensure that you match what is already installed, if adding additional memory you will want to match the speed of the installed RAM. To find that , press (WinKey+R, type cmd.exe and press enter. In the CMD window, paste this "wmic MemoryChip get /format:list" without the quotes. The Part Number field will tell you what speed ram is installed. For my CyberPower Ryzen 5, I see the following: PartNumber=DDR4 2666 2OZ. Therefore I would shop for that speed RAM to ensure compatibility. Alternately, use a tool like CPU-Z (https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html ) to get more detailed information. After downloading and unzipping, execute the correct version for your OS (32bit or 64 bit) select the Memory tab, then click Validate, on the popup page, click submit. You will get a view of the system settings, including the memory settings, that include make mode and manufacturer, to exactly match what is there.
My memory returned : A-Data Technology 8192 MB (DDR4-2662) - XMP 2.0 - P/N: DDR4 2666 2OZ, which would allow me to add the exact same memory chips to maximize system stability in the upgrade.
If you want to replace the RAM, with the fastest supported by the system, look up the specs for the Motherboard, from the System Information or CPU-Z screens, that will tell you the fastest RAM that would work. In my case "ASRock B450M Pro4-CB" (https://asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450M%20Pro4-F/index.asp) allows up to a DDR 3200, which will have a minor, but measurable increase in system performance, if that was the goal.
Follow a similar process to upgrade the graphic card, it is very easy to change, and there a multiple video's on how to change a card on youtube "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoLv2s23mMQ". I won't get into the best card for your system. I am not sure what your use is. My son is able to play Witcher and The Elder Scrolls:Skyrim at the highest settings, with additional hi-res mods, at over 80 fps with the RX580 that is the default card in our system.

A:AnswerMine has a 600W Apevia Prestige Power 80+ Gold PSU however CP specifically seems to omit this information, It is possible that they are doing this so they can use different parts based on what they have avaialble, meaning mine had a 600W but the next one could only have a 450W.
