• Probably, I don't play Fortnite but seeing as it runs games such as Grand Theft Auto V at 60+ frames on every setting almost to max I would say yes.

• It can easily run 60fps the max for Fortnite is probably around 120fps

• Definitely. i just got this pc couple days ago and the first game i tried was fortnite. My setting was 60 fps with all setting in epic with resolution 1920x1080.
