“I got this pc in July and I am wondering if I could upgrade the graphics card but it doesn’t say anywhere online what rating or how many watts the power supply is. Does anyone know?”

You should be able to upgrade your graphics card for this PC as long as your power supply meets the minimum power requirements of the graphics card. I bought a GTX 1600 graphics card at the same time I bought the computer, and GeekSquad had no issues installing the graphic card for me. Geek Squad can tell you whether the computer is compatible with the graphics card that you want to use with it.
