Yeah, this PC should meet the minimum requirements for that game, the steam page says it needs an Intel i5-4460 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 for processor and NVIDIA GTX 770 or AMD Radeon RX570 as a minimum requirement. This PC has a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and Radeon RX580, so it should be able to handle it.
