By lights, I'm assuming you mean the fan lights inside of the PC. On top of the PC itself, there are two small circle buttons towards the front. One changes colors, and the other changes what the colors do movement wise. The keyboard has one lighting function, and the mouse has two buttons on top that control the sensitivity and color.
