- Answer it runs so smooth the only problem i have with this pc is, it has windows installed clearly but is still asking for a windows product key and there wasn't one on the box or the case, when contacting support they said they would send one within a couple hours its been days now.

QuestionI just set mine up and none of the case fans are spinning. RGB works, and they are recognized in the Bios so I can only assume they are wired correctly and fully connected. Are case fans supposed to spin constantly, is this something I need to address?

- Answer The computer does not come with any cords. we used our old cords plus we had to go buy a adapter hdmi to vga. now it works great. if maybe you have a newer monditor might not need adapter.

QuestionWhy does this amd pc keep going to a black screen and having a bug crashing problem. This is the second PC doing this! Happens on youtube and certain websites where it fills the screen with a bunch of dots and then goes black.

- Answer I bought 2 of these computers, hooked one up and it constantly did it within the first hour, packed it up and returned it. then I hooked up the other one and for about a day or two it started to happen again. I was able to go under www.amd.com and I downloaded new software and still happens every now and then , but not as bad. So when I received the 2nd one after they delivered it I hook it up and automatically went to website and downloaded new software. It still happens but not as bad or frequent Still deciding if I want to return both of them and get a new brand of PC.. I have no clue why it does it, and Best Buy don't know why either. I showed them photos.

QuestionWhat kinds of specs should I look for in a monitor to go with this computer? Mostly Fortnite will be played on it. It's a gift and I want to get a good monitor that is reasonable priced. Should I be looking for 144hz? What other specs should I look for?
