Hello yes, so I recently got my hands on this computer and the motherboard that I got was the asus b550m-a m-atx wifi motherboard. I'm sure most ram would work fine with the board. If it helps it also comes with a 8 gb team force Vulcan z 3200 mhz ram stick
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine came with Asus Prime B550M-A AC motherboard. It also came with one 8GB Teamgroup T-Force RAM card, which performed pretty well with games my son plays. I have upgraded and replaced the T-Force RAM card with two 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 MHz RAM cards [on sale at Best Buy for $62.99], and the PC runs them without issue. You'd need to go into BIOS to ensure that the DOCP is enabled so that the PC will allow the Corsair RAMs to run at their peak speed of 3200 MHz. Otherwise, they would be crippled / limited to 2133 MHz. If you do rupgrade the RAMs, take the T-force out, and put one of the 2 new RAM cards in the same slot [which #2 from the left, and grey in color]. Then put the second new RAM card in the last slot [#4 from the left, also grey in color].
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can only use DDR4 ram with these motherboards
