Yes you can open it. Wifi is supported. Windows is preloaded.

The components included with this system are upgradeable, however, it is always recommended that you check for compatibility before making your purchase of new hardware. To answer your second question, this system is already WIFI supported and you do not need to add yourself. Lastly, your third question is a yes, Windows will already be installed onto the system which you do not need to add yourself.
