“Would it matter if I install an M.2 SSD on the m.2_2 slot which is under the GPU? Also, what does it mean "M.2_2 shares bandwidth with SATA6G_56" does that means if I fill that slot I won't be able to use SATA SSD?”

Depends on motherboard. Your question reads like yours is an Asus Prime B550 plus. In that case you can use the m2 slot but it will disable 1 of your 3 sata slots (sata6G_56). You still have 2 other sata connectors that should support an ssd drive.
