QuestionWhy does Best Buy advertise a dvd=r optical drive on this when it doesn't have it? That is a major reason I bought it. It has been a long time since I purchased anything from Best Buy. Now I remember why.

QuestionI tried upgrading the CPU for this built but the screws on the stock CPU cooler won’t screw back into place. there are springs around the screw and it seems i would have to use a lot of force to even get them to budge. Any advice on this matter?

Questionis there an optical drive already installed in this build?

- Answer This CyberPowerPC like most other modern gaming PC's does not come with a optical drive. I just use a USB optical drive when I want to play some of my older games. A decent USB optical drive can be had for less then $20.

- Answer A PC lasts as long as it's components. It also depends on the rate at which technology advances. PC's become obsolete after a certain amount of time. If the PC is properly cared for and has a good flow of air it could last a very long time. I don't have a specific amount of time.
