QuestionCan the parts be swapped for other parts I want to replace the cpu with an Intel i5 12th gen (not saying the Ryzen 5 is bad the Ryzen is still very good but I think the i5 is slightly faster)

- Answer You can't. The CPU socket on the Ryzen 5 is completely different from the i5. You would have to get a completely new motherboard with an i5 socket

QuestionHow many storage slots are there for internal Hard Drives?

- Answer There is only one Rack. I didn't even know it had a mechanical HDD until I tried to put in an Iron Wolf 8tb HDD. Mine came with a 1TB Seagate Baracuda, but it never registered in the computer. If you want to add another SSD, you'll need to take out the one it came with or find a rack somewhere. This computer does not come with addition storage slots. There was an empty NVMe M.2 available in addition to the one the computer came with.

- Answer Depends on when the PC was made. Mine had Windows 11. You have the option to roll back to windows 10.

- Answer yes, there is a way to connect your ps4 controller. but I recommend using an Xbox controller if you have one just because it runs smoother with the games. Either or works just fine though

- Answer It amy or may not run that program. I had some success running some old programs when using Windows 11, like previous versions, includes a compatibility mode that lets you run old programs and games designed for an earlier version of Windows. So, if old software fails to load correctly on Windows 11, you can run them under compatibility mode on Windows 11.

- Answer Yes, I've downgraded back to Windows 10 on this PC and it works perfectly. My recommendation for you is to follow Microsoft's steps on how to do so safely.
