A:AnswerYou can't. The CPU socket on the Ryzen 5 is completely different from the i5. You would have to get a completely new motherboard with an i5 socket
A:AnswerThere is only one Rack. I didn't even know it had a mechanical HDD until I tried to put in an Iron Wolf 8tb HDD. Mine came with a 1TB Seagate Baracuda, but it never registered in the computer. If you want to add another SSD, you'll need to take out the one it came with or find a rack somewhere. This computer does not come with addition storage slots. There was an empty NVMe M.2 available in addition to the one the computer came with.
A:Answeryes, there is a way to connect your ps4 controller. but I recommend using an Xbox controller if you have one just because it runs smoother with the games. Either or works just fine though

A:AnswerIt amy or may not run that program. I had some success running some old programs when using Windows 11, like previous versions, includes a compatibility mode that lets you run old programs and games designed for an earlier version of Windows. So, if old software fails to load correctly on Windows 11, you can run them under compatibility mode on Windows 11.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out to us. The components included with this system are upgradeable, however, it is always recommended that you check for compatibility before making your purchase on new hardware.
A:AnswerYes, I've downgraded back to Windows 10 on this PC and it works perfectly. My recommendation for you is to follow Microsoft's steps on how to do so safely.
