Can it handle subnautica? null

I play Subnautica frequently on this rig and yes, it can run the game at medium to high settings. I run on high settings with 60 fps most of the time but get occasional framerate drops due to a lot of things entering the screen at once. It looks really goods though. Turn it to medium settings if you want consistent 60 fps.
