“When I first set up this pc it let me connect to the top dvi port. Then I did some changes to my room and then it only let me set it up at the dvi port that’s at the bottom. But the problem is that the cord is blocking the WiFi antennas. Can i fix it?”

Yes, you will need to connect the monitor to the bottom DVI port since that is the RX 580 graphics card. if the cable is blocking the antennas please contact support yo see what solutions they have for you.
