• I use a hdmi on my roku TV. Make sure you click to correct output settings for display.

• Make sure to click on the volume icon in the bottom right corner and it should display your monitor. Click on the name of your monitor and you should have sound .

• Almost no monitor has built in speakers, You would need to buy speakers and plug them into the desktop.
