Make sure you have it plugged into the correct hdmi port. There are two ports on the back and only one makes it work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I purchased the same computer about a month ago and had the same issue initially. The HDMI port you must use is the one on the graphics card. It's the lowest HDMI port on the back of the PC. The other ports are not for video input. You should find it close to a DVI port.
