Thanks for reaching out bob. You wouldn;t necessary need a secondary WiFi adapter for faster WiFi. This PC should come with a WiFi adapter or WiFi card that should be able to connect to the WiFi. The one listed above does not necessarily make WiFi faster since your WiFi speed depends on your internet package with your company.
