• Yes it is upgradable. Mine came with a MSI B350M Bazooka motherboard. Air flow is good although I still added 3 more fans. It comes with (2) 120mm fans, one front and one rear. The case is capable of 2 fans in the front, 2 in the top and one in the rear.

• Havent measures the board but the air flow is really nice. I added another 8 gb but it can take up to 64. I also added a 500gb ssd Easy install. Have fun.
