“We have this model. When it goes to sleep though, it isn't "waking up." We move the mouse, press the windows key.... we've tried the FN keys, even CTRL+ALT+DEL. Nothing seems to wake up, except doing a hard restart with the power button. Help?”

1. did you put it to sleep or it turned off 2. Did you just press the power button, if that doesn't work, instead of putting it to sleep, turn it completly off by going into start and power off, or flip the psu switch at the back to O
