“This PC worked fine, then one day the rgb rainbow lighting on the fans just went dark. The PC had not been moved or opened, however cannot get them to come back on even with the button that supposedly controls the colors.”

had this problem. open side panel (side that is NOT the glass planel, you should see two screws in the back) and plug in loose cable
