• Yes, but you would need a better PSU with higher wattage and the 2 8 pin connectors.

• I answered my own question by just opening the case and looking up the psu I got. no there is only one 8 pin. so if you are like me and want to upgrade to a 4070 then you'll need to find one that is only 8pin
