A:AnswerThere are two buttons on top of the case. The one closest to the from controls power on/off.
Behind that button are the two USB ports. Moving more to the rear is another button. It is a small round button. Press it and the RGB changes colors with each press of the button. If this has no effect check with the seller. Good luck with your games. This is a great and powerful machine.

A:AnswerOn rear left panel unscrew two black screws and remove panel. In middle are 3 ports that wires may need reconnecting. Pictures indicate the order of connection. C button on top of computer controls the LEDs. We had to call and tech did video conference to show us. Hope this helps.
