Going through the tortures of the damned on this very issue right now, fresh out of the box. Finally used ethernet cable from computer to Wifi, and it "woke up" the system enough to search for Wifi and we are going to attempt the updating of the drivers. This is a gift for a gaming grandson, but for what we paid? Wifi should have been a quick connection with a built in situation, not a plug in antenna. CHEAP computers have that, at least.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.try going to your device manager and updating the drivers by right clicking on it and choose 'update drivers'. If you are able to see it it should be connected. You may need to use another PC and throw it on a flash drive if you cannot hardwire your PC with an ethernet cable as you'll need to search the web for an update.
