There are plenty of reasons it could be having trouble running games, but the only thing that I could guess from this post alone is that the HDMI/Displayport cable is plugged into your motherboard instead of the graphics card. This processor does have integrated graphics, but they are an order of magnitude less powerful than the GPU. That alone could cause games to perform terribly, if even launch.
