• Geek Squad was able to fix my issues in no time and great advice to help with continued problems in the future. I got the geeksquad insurance thing. Have them take a look at it. Hope this helps...

• This is very common in buying any prebuilt PCs from factory. Take it back within 30 days and they will refund you or take it and give you another new one
