I bought this computer yesterday and the hdmi port for GPU gives me signal but the display ports do not produce a signal it seems like maybe the case design doesn’t allow for the cable to seat completely could this be the issue? null

I recommend you taking it back to Best Buy and having geek squad take a look I didn’t have this issue with mine unfortunately you could’ve gotten a bad build which happens from time to time nothing in this world is ever perfect
