“Is there any way to not get the mouse and keyboard and the OS with this build? I already have a mouse and keyboard and don't want to feel like I wasted money. I also am able to get the OS for free because I'm a college student”

You can't customize the PC on Best buy but on the cyberpowerpc website you can customize everything about the PC, unfortunately it will cost more than On Best buy
