I was told mine would take 1 week to get in to pick up in store 2 days after I ordered it in store it was there & ready to be picked up & 3 days after ordering it I picked it up. So chances are the time frame your told is the longest estimated time frame that it might take rather then the quickest time frame.

Please try again later.It takes two weeks because the computers are built to the order and Not built and stored on a shelf somewhere I believe that this makes for a better systems or better quality system as Hardware maybe upgraded to the latest specifications for example a computer that I had built six months ago is no longer available. I've seen it other places but no longer available at Best Buy because a better system has taken it's place.. could be little things as an upgraded hard drive CPU and even memory well these are things you can do yourself. If you don't have the time anymore like myself it's just easier to have it built hopes this helps
