If you are thinking of purchasing this computer from best buy, think again. They sell you the product. but don't stand behind it. If you have a problem they can't touch it for repairs. I am having a problem right now. I had to ship it to Calif. to be repaired at my expense, bought it a month ago as a gift did not set it up right away because of it being a gift for an occasion. Set it up month later, it would not work. so I have to get it fixed still under warranty Thank God, but now to me its not new, refurbished. We,ll see how this Saga finally ends. I got my fingers crossed! and yes I purchased an external DVD drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The case is a Phanteks P400. Many of current cases no longer have 5.25" bays to support an internal DVD drive since the majority of programs are downloadable. Please feel free to call us if you have any other questions at 800.707.0393.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My guess would be cyberpower because it is the company Best Buy ordered it through. I didn't want or have any need for a dvd drive. I will be getting an external drive for any games that I want to put on the computer that come with a CD. Most games are downloaded anymore, so I don't know. Movies can be streamed. This is, for me, a strictly gaming computer. I do some personal things on it, but mostly games. It has been a great gaming computer for me. My old games seem new again.
