If you want to run 3, you'll either have to run a combination of DVI-D, HDMI and DisplayPort, or run them all off the DislplayPort connections. The card has 1 DVI-D, 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPort connections. So just make sure whatever monitors you buy or already have will connect accordingly. Finding displayport monitors shouldn't be tough these days. Monitors don't always come with cables so you may need appropriate cables as well. As far as can you span 3 monitors with windows ten: Yes.
