The parts they use vary. It all depends what they have on hand at the time. Mine came with an MSI z170a PC mate MB, MSI Armor GTX 980 and Kingston 2100mhz 8GBx4 DDR4. Obviously it's cheaper if you were to buy the components and assemble it yourself but with the current price at $1500 it's a pretty good deal. I actually ended up giving this to someone as a gift and building my own because I wanted to do 980ti SLI and the MB this came with only supports crossfire.
