Thanks for reaching out. Please make sure to connect your monitors to your video card. If you only have one HDMI port, you will need to use the other ports on the video card like the DisplayPort. If you have any further questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to give our tech support agents a call for any assistance; we're always happy to help. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can drive 2 or 3 monitors by using 2 Display Port DP to HDMI Cable Adapter Converter for about $4 each off of ebay. They converter cost $12-$16 at Walmart. The single HDMI you can connect directly. I was able to drive 3 monitors at once. Didn't try 4 but should work..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to connect two monitors with HDMI. Anything over two would require that you use a Displayport connector on the video card. If the new monitor you connected with HDMI or Displayport is not displaying correctly, access the Display interface by right-clicking on the Windows desktop and selecting Display Settings on the menu. All connected displays should appear on the settings Window screen, with your primary display listed as #1. Here you can choose to extend the primary display across all other connected panels or duplicate the primary display. Scroll down to the Multiple Displays section in settings and click detect. If the new monitor is not discovered, it's possible you have a bad cable or the monitor is not set to the appropriate output source of the HDMI cable you have connected on the monitor itself, such as HDMI 1, 2, 3, etc. Confirm the monitor's source or output display settings are set to the appropriate HDMI output on the monitor and that the cable is then properly connected on the video card.
