• Not really. You can change anything but you need to pay for the parts.

• Yeah... the case and all the lighting is LOUD. That said, all of the lights can be turned off. The case by itself doesn't look too bad. Its a little big. The fans can be a little loud. But the case (without all of the lights) is really quite nice.
