“How much FPS will it run on fortnite and on a 240 hz monitor”

I don’t know Fortnite but it’s should be extremely high. I run rainbow six siege and rust on max settings and get around 110 fps on a similar monitor. Fortnite will be fine with it. Probably around 85-120
