“Is there a liquid cooling system, if so is it quiet?”

Yes it is liquid cooled. I haven't noticed the performance of it as I don't check cpu temps but my cpu has been multitasking perfectly and knock on wood...I haven't had any crashes. The computer all together is extremely quiet especially if it gets proper air flow.
