“Does anyone else have the same issue where the pc locks up and the screen shuts off? I recently bought mine and after a little over a week, it started doing this. I checked the graphics card and it's fine, so is it the power supply instead? Help!”

I've also had the same issue where my screen will just shut off randomly - sometimes in the middle of a game, sometimes on a Zoom call, sometimes watching a movie/YT video. The system then opens up the BIOS mode, where no changes can be saved, and the cycle repeats. Hard restart is required to get system back to normal, but I never know when it's just going to shut off randomly again. Super disappointed with such a stupid issue at this price point. I guess it's the price I pay for trying to get into the PC world as a beginner and not doing more due diligence.
