“I picked one of these up and the bluetooth absolutely refuses to work with any device I try to use. It took forever for this PC to discover my airpods, and when it did there was no sound, and the airpods would disconnect after about a minute. Why?”

This is not a question to be posted on best buy but a question for google. Open up the PC, find what model mobo and start google searching. The alternative is to buy a $10 USB Bluetooth dongle.
