“The box says the computer comes with a drivers & utilities disc, but I did not find one, where can I get a copy of this? I also did not see a copy of Windows 10 in case of any problems with the system is that on the drivers & utilities disc as well?”

You shouldn't need to install any drivers or utilities, they should all be pre-installed, despite the box showing a CD for it. Windows is already installed on the system and there is no need to have a disk. If you have a problem, you need to download the windows utility from microsoft's website. Computers no longer come with physical copies of windows and your product key is tied to your Microsoft account yoiu used to log in with.
