“Why when I plug in my hyper X headphones no audio comes out of it and I can’t talk to my friends”

• I had the same experience, and believe the system has no true headphone jack. A great solution though is to buy a USB to headphone audio jack adapter. Some headphones come with this type of adapter but you can find them pretty cheap several places online.
