“Why is an Intel i-9 processor or i-7 processor incompatible? Why would I not be able to change out the AMD to an Intel?”

Thank you for reaching out to us Alex. Unfortunately since this system includes an AM4 chipset motherboard, you will not be able to install an Intel processor without changing the motherboard.
