“What brand is the motherboard? I want to know the exact number of PCI-E ports there are. According to specification list on Best Buy, it should come with what's listed exactly, correct? Number of PCI ports, memory slots, etc.?”

Because these are prebuilts from another company best buy can not list certain details because they will give them a list of specs and then Cyberpower gives them something that matches based on availability. Mine came with an Asrock B450m/ac mini atx bord. It only has 1 PCIe 3.0 x16 and 1 PCIe 2.0 x16 but the second slot is not useable because the graphics card is to close to it and even if you can get a card to fit it will block the graphic cards fans. Here is the link to the Asrock site, https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450Mac/ But always remember that you get what you pay for but I feel this was priced very well for the parts. It would be very easy to upgrade things down the road.
