The Ryzen/RTX combination (white tower) is liquid cooled, and is set up by the manufacturer. So, nothing needs to be added. My unit did not come with RGB memory. I am not complete sure, but I do not think any of these units come with RGB memory. The fan colors can be controlled by a button on top of the tower. When I cycle through the colors It has the following: clockwise rotating multi-colored, green, white, pink, light blue, yellow, blue, and red. I believe all colors can also rotate clockwise or stay on in a static situation.
