QuestionWhat program is used for the RGB lighting??

- Answer I was not able to control the lighting via any software. I tried with ASRock's rgbsync and I tried in the BIOS. Turns out there is a button on top of the case that you can push to cycle through a bunch of combinations, including various pulses, monochrome, multiple colors, etc. You can also push and hold to turn them off altogether.

QuestionI am getting this desktop next week and I would like to hook it up to my current tv. It is a Roku 4k UHD with a 120hz refresh rate (model 43S425). Will that be sufficient for mostly mmo's and single player games?

- Answer I am able to play many games at 4k 60fps. Some games will go higher than 60fps. I was able to run the outer worlds scaled down to 2k ultra and get 60fps. Elder scrolls online runs fine at 60fps 4k. You should be able to play most games fine.

QuestionLately I've been having problems with the Wi-Fi on this computer, do you know anything that can fix this. Some of the problems includes it being connected but saying no internet and the Asus 2T2R not making a difference in the Wi-Fi's performance.

- Answer The pc is meant to handle content making as well as giving you performance with all my settings turned up I get anywhere from 200-240 FPS no problem just make sure you have a monitor that can handle the refresh rate So your not wasting the capability of the pc

Questionhow many fps on a game like fortnite?

- Answer it’s dependent on the resolution and settings, so look up benchmarks on youtube with these specs: rtx 2070 super ryzen 7 3700x, if i were to answer this you can get 1080p all epic settings at 140 fps and above

- Answer Yes but very limited, it doesn't through software its through a button on the case its self so doesn't offer a whole lot of options but still has plenty to choose from.

QuestionI have a headset with one jack to plug in and the pc only picks up either sound or recording depending on which jack i plug it into , and not both at the same time. I tried messing with all the sound control panel settings and nothing. PLEASE HELP!!!

- Answer The two unlabeled aux ports on top are an audio out and a microphone in. I don't see a headset port that combines the two. Some headsets come with the splitter adapter, where it converts one aux jack into two, but I didn't have much luck with this (microphone almost didn't register). So use a 4-pole 3.5 aux to usb headset converter and you'll be set. I just got a great one on amazon made by LZYCO. Looks like a black thumb drive, for $10.99. Actually I got the two pack for $15.99 so I have a spare. Headset is working great now. Or see the linked Corsair headset that comes with an adapter.
