“Is there any clue as of when this will be released ? The 3070 came out October 29th and I would think Best Buy would buy a big portion of these graphic cards but guess not if this thing is sold out with no mention of when it'll be back in stock.”

It's been released already, it just sells out quickly. I snatched one 11/29 around 10am and it was in stock for 10 minutes or so. It sounds like they get a batch in every couple of days, so keep checking and hope your get lucky.
