If your Samsung SSD is an internal drive with 2.5” form factor that should work well with this pc. You need to buy a separate 7-pin SATA cable to connect to your motherboard to read the SSD. To power it you need to plug any of the many 15-pin SATA power cables that are attached to the power supply unit.
