“My water cooler RGBs work fine but the fans don't seem to RGB, Is this how it is meant or is there a way i could fix this without haaving to buy new fans.”

The fan should have RGB colors, you can change colors by pressing the button on top of the case. If it’s not working, then there might be power issue, contact them for help.
