QuestionWhat Frame rate per second will this set up get ?

- Answer It depends on the game you are playing. For myself, I played Valorant, Overwatch, League of Legends and Warzone and the frames ranged between 160-240 fps, depending on your settings. I have all of my on High settings.

- Answer No, they are connected to a button on the case. You could always rewire them to the motherboard and download the motherboard RGB software if you prefer.

QuestionHow do I attain a better wifi connection? I just starting setting up the machine I bought today and it has a very very weak wifi signal in a place where my laptop and phone have never had any issues for the past year. Did something come damaged?????

- Answer Screw in the two sharkfin antennae to the ports in the back. This increased my wifi strength from 0 to 4 bars and let me connect to the internet without an ethernet cable.

- Answer 2x8GB 3000MHz. Remember to enable XMP in the bios when you first get it to get the full speed.

- Answer If you have the money, absolutely. I bought a pre-built ibuypower pc on amazon and it instantly crashed and had the blue screen of death. It was complete junk and I returned it. I opted to spend the money on something better and it shows. It has been flawless.

- Answer Doesn't matter because you'll never get in touch with anyone at CyberPowerPC anyway. I have called dozen of times and waiting on hold for hours with their tech support and no answer. No replies to my open tickets and or emails. STAY AWAY from this company.

QuestionHello, I Just bought this and received it in the package today. Trying to set it up Im getting no signal on my monitors. I tried three different HDMI's and no success. What can I do. I also tried to check the plugs in the pc if there were any loose ones.

- Answer So, mine came with the enormous Master Cooler liquid cooling unit that BARELY fits Long story short, when I looked closely, I noticed there was about a 1 inch gap between my HDMI connection and the mobo Literally, the HDMI on the motherboard is [ ] too far away. Making troubleshooting the GPU and what not basically impossible.

QuestionWhere are the drive mounting locations on this case? It mentions 2x2.5 and 3x3.5 for drive expansion on their website; but I wasn't able to find where the extra 2x2.5 are supposed to go.

- Answer They are behind the side cover (the full metal one) in the basement opposite the power supply. There’s two plastic drive bays that slide out.

- Answer Its some no-name brand Apevia 800w Supreme Bronze Power Supply that came with mine; on top of it, mine came faulty. I replaced it with a Corsair 750w gold.

- Answer Yes, you can add up to 4 SSD units because there are 4 open SATA ports available on the bottom right corner of the motherboard. They should be the internal type that are the 2.5” form factor. Also, an external SSD will work as long as you’re okay with using any of the USB ports.

- Answer I asked the same question in the best buy support chat, and they told me it's hard to know exactly when it restocks. My advice is to just check every 3-5 hours. I was able to finally order one after doing that.
