“How do i know what brand GPU i will get? i see all of these pictures show some rgb, some are evga , some are msi etc. How do i know which one i am getting?”

This is a CyberPowerPC, which is the manufacturing company, yes some of the items are different though. AMD Ryzen - CPU NVIDIA GeForce - GPU also, your Memory and RAM are different. CyberPowerPC is what you are getting.
