Sounds like it might be a problem with the boot device, might be booting from the wrong device (such as USB, other hard drive). You might want to check to make sure it's booting to the SSD with Windows 11. If you have a warranty I might take it back to Geek Squad.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue after a Windows update; the issue was that the motherboard was no longer seeing the NVMe drive in the primary slot. I moved the drive into the secondary slot and it boot into Windows without issue; been running fine since. Not sure if your issue is identical
