QuestionIs the fan speed and RGB color Controllable ? Mine only red led on the fan

- Answer The RGB lights are controllable. There is a button on top of the tower that changes it through many different colors. It’s the button closest to the back of the PC. The fan speed is not adjustable, from what I have experienced. If it has that feature I haven’t found it.

QuestionI'm looking to add/upgrade the RAM and looking at the Specifications it just says 3000 megahertz. can I use 3200 or 3600 megahertz DDR4 SDRAM?

QuestionI purchased this PC a while ago and the connection to the internet on this PC is very bad. I have fiber optics so I should not lag when playing but for some reason with this PC has trouble having a steady connection. Why is that?

QuestionI just bought this pc and i thought i could place another ssd m2 drive but there is not connection for this. can you tell me what motherboard you placed in this computer or what info do u need to find the motherboard in my system?

- Answer This PC comes with a 1TB M2.0 ssd on the motherboard already you can remove the other side panel to add more hard drives.....not counting my M2.0 SSD I have an extra 4 hard drives in mine

- Answer Yes you can take of the side panel that is the most see through. Although I would just recommend adding more fans inside and closing the case.

- Answer Hello. This PC has 3 display ports and an hdmi port. So you can definitely have three monitors. Highest setting on my monitors is 1080 X 1920 so I want to say it does not support 4k
